I have been involved in sports since I was young. Sports and healthy lifestyle are my passion. My motto is 'One life, live well' and I hope to inspire your students to embrace a lifelong commitment to and enthusiasm for being active and healthy.

I have a Master's Degree in Sport Science and Physical Education.
