of students per class in accordance with the following regulations:

ARTICLE II: PRE-REGISTRATION PROCESS
ISS has developed a pre-registration process that all families
must complete in order to guarantee a space within any grade
level for the next academic school year.
• Step I: Complete the ISS Pre-Registration Form;
•
Step II: Ensure that the student’s files are up to date
and that all invoices and outstanding debts to the school be
cleared;
• Step III: Select one of the three Pre-Registration Payment Options:
? Option 1 = Early full payment option (5% discount + registration
fee waiver)
? Option 2 = Early 10 payment option (registration fee waiver)
? Option 3 = Registration Fee + 10 % of Tuition
Note – In order
to be officially registered for the next school year the student
must pass all
learning objectives and
be offically promoted to the next grade level.
ARTICLE III: SCHOOL FEES
The ISS School Board determines the annual ISS School Fees. The
Board continually reviews and revises the payment options that
include discounted fees, late payment fees and withdrawal penalties.
The ISS School Fees are published at the annual General Assembly.
ARTICLE IIV: WAITING LIST
If the maximum class size has been reached, the following policy
determines how spaces will be awarded within the classroom
for the next school year.
o First priority is given to ISS students that Pre-Register in
March.
o Second priority will be given to new admission students that
pass admission tests and meet the admission standards (academics
and age).
o Third priority is given to ISS students that register between
April and the first day of school of the academic calendar.
o Fourth priority will be given to new admission students that
pass admission tests and meet the admission standards (academics
and age).
o Fifth priority will be given to students that are on scholarship.
o Last priority will be given to new admission students that
did not meet the admission standards.
Note – In all cases, when a new admission completes the
admission process, they will be assigned a priority number that
correlates to the date that they completed the process and their
academic results on the admission tests.
