Summer Camp News:

The following is a list of summer camps that ISS is planning to offer (depending upon the numbers):

Preschool Program – Students from 2-5 years old (literature, arts & crafts, sports & more) = 3000 pesos a week beginning June 16th (8:00-2:00).

*Early Elementary Program – Students from 5-7 years old (Reading, Writing, Mathematics, arts & crafts, sports & more) = 3000 pesos a week beginning June 16th (8:00-2:00).

*Upper Elementary Program – Students from 8-11 years old (Reading, Writing, Mathematics) = 1000 pesos per subject a week beginning June 16th (1.5 hours of instruction in each every day for 2 weeks).

*Middle School Program – Students from 11-13 years old (Reading, Writing, Mathematics) = 1000 pesos per subject a week beginning June 23rd (1.5 hours of instruction in each every day for 2 weeks).

High School Reinforcement Program – Teacher will guide the students to complete reinforcement packages and to prepare for re-evaluations if they did not pass any subject (1000 pesos per subject) beginning June 16th.

*Pruebas Nacionales Preparation – Students in grade 8 (Matematicas y Ciencia) = 750 pesos per subject a week from June 16-20 (2 hours of instruction in each every day for 2 weeks). - Students in grade 12 (Matematicas y Ciencia) = 750 pesos per subject a week from June 16-20 (2 hours of instruction in each every day for 2 weeks).

*SAT Preparation - Students in grades 9-11 (Reading, Writing) = 1000 pesos per subject a week from June 16-30 (1.5 hours of instruction in each subject per day).

*Sports Camp – Students from 5-9 years of age from 2:00-3:00 (350 pesos per week from June 16-June 30). – Students from 10-16 years of age from 3:00-4:30 (350 pesos a week from June 16-30).

*a minimum number of students must be obtained to offer the program

Note - all fees are subject to change depending upon the number of students that sign-up for the activity.

Beyond the ISS Summer Programs, community members are offering the following programs:

EquiZoo – Horse/Pony riding

Sea Horse Ranch – Tennis School

Vela – Aquatic Sports Camp

Trotamundos – Adventure Camp

Dolphin Splash School – Swimming Lessons

In addition to these camps, many options are also available in Santo Domingo through the Carol Morgan School that will offer a basic skills reinforcement program (Reading, Writing, and Arithmetic) and a professional Soccer Camp.

Also, please note that summer business hours will run from 8:00 am. - 1:00 pm. The ISS administrative center will remain open all summer.
